Common Ground Culture Club
Terms and community expectations
These expectations help members use the private club app respectfully and safely.
Membership and access
Registering requests membership; it does not grant access. Club information is visible only to approved members. Keep your account credentials private, use accurate account information, and tell an administrator if you believe an account has been compromised.
Community expectations
- Treat members, guests, venue staff, and the wider community with respect.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate, or share unlawful content.
- Keep private contact details, planning notes, photos, and club conversations within their intended audience.
- Give accurate RSVP and guest information and update it when plans change so Planners can make responsible arrangements.
Content you share
Share only content you created or have permission to use. You remain responsible for what you post and allow the app to store and show it for private club purposes. Photos must also follow the photo-sharing consent notice.
Moderation and account decisions
Administrators can moderate or archive content and can approve, reject, or suspend accounts to protect the club and enforce these expectations. Members should raise a question or correction with a club administrator rather than trying to bypass an access decision.
Outings and outside services
The app helps members coordinate; it does not sell tickets, operate venues, or control third-party events. Members remain responsible for their own purchases, travel, guests, accessibility decisions, and compliance with venue rules.
Questions, exports, and deletion
Ask a club administrator about these expectations or request an account data export or deletion. Shared club history may be retained under an anonymized profile when needed to preserve other members' records.
