Common Ground Culture Club
Privacy notice
This explains how this private social-club tool uses member information to run the club.
Who can see club content
Club content is available only to approved members who are signed in. Anonymous, pending, rejected, and suspended accounts do not receive protected club information. Some planning details are further limited to assigned Planners and administrators.
Information the app handles
The app handles account and profile information, membership status, planning and participation records, ideas, votes, ratings, comments, notifications, and photos or memories members choose to share. A profile may include private contact, dietary, or accessibility information for authorized planning use. Basic technical and security records may also be kept to operate and protect the app.
Why information is used
Information is used to review membership requests, authorize access, plan outings, record participation, communicate club updates, preserve shared club history, moderate content, and investigate reliability or security problems. The app is a club tool, not an advertising or public-profile service.
Access and service providers
Approved members can see ordinary shared club content. Administrators can review and moderate content and manage accounts. Assigned Planners can receive the private details needed for their outings. Hosting, authentication, storage, and deployment providers process information only as needed to operate the app under their own service terms.
Export and deletion requests
Members can ask an administrator for an account data export or account deletion. Deletion is administrator-assisted because shared outings and memories may need to remain understandable to other members. When that history must remain, authorship may be retained under an anonymized profile. A restricted cleanup record may retain a photo identifier and private storage location so an upload that finishes late can still be found and removed. Only the automated cleanup service can use that record; it is not available in member or administrator pages. Operational backups may take additional time to age out.
Member choices and reasonable care
Share only information appropriate for the club and follow the photo-sharing notice. Access controls and private storage reduce exposure, but no online system can promise perfect security. Report a suspected privacy or security issue to a club administrator promptly.
