Photo-sharing consent
Pause before uploading: private club access does not replace the consent of people in a photo.
Before uploading
Upload photos only when appropriate for a private social club. Ask recognizable people for permission, respect anyone who does not want a photo shared, and take particular care with minors, guests, health information, home locations, or other sensitive circumstances. Do not upload an image you do not have the right to share.
What uploading means
By uploading, you confirm that sharing is appropriate and that you have any permission needed. You allow the app to store, process, resize, and display the photo to support club profiles, outing galleries, and shared memories. This does not transfer ownership of your photo to a separate company or commercial service.
Audience and storage
Club photos are intended only for approved, signed-in members. The app uses private storage and controlled delivery rather than permanent public photo links. Members still should not save, repost, or distribute another person's photo outside the club without permission.
Moderation and removal requests
Administrators can moderate or archive photos that are inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with club expectations. If you uploaded a photo by mistake, or you appear in a photo you want removed, contact a club administrator promptly. A removed photo may take additional time to disappear from operational backups.
Account and data requests
Members can ask an administrator for a data export or account deletion. Photos and other shared history are reviewed as part of an administrator-assisted request; content needed to preserve the club's shared record may require moderation or anonymization rather than immediate removal of every related record. After photo bytes are removed, a restricted cleanup record may retain the private storage location so an upload that finishes late can be detected and removed.
